6. Is my personal information safe?
Completely, our server is backed up (at least) once a day. It also has a 99.99 % non-crash rate. Said simply, about the only way our server will crash is if a meteor plummeted into all our server locations at one time and even if that happened, your information will still be safe because we have secure-vault data back up, and we will back be up in no time. Can your laptop do that?
7. Do I have to sign a contract?
No, we are so confident that you will love QT Inventory as much as we do, that we do not require a contract or charge any hidden fees. Furthermore, you will never have to pay any cancellation charges. You can cancel at any time at no penalty. Yes you can! Instructions are provided; just follow along with them and import away. =)
10. Do I have to type in my inventory?
All the standard inventory is input for you. Just select the quantity and the rest is done for you. When you create an invoice, the items will be deducted from your inventory. The only time you will adjust your own inventory, is when you create a new order... and you can import that too!
